DESCRIPTION

A vintage “Galerie” accent lamp designed by Christian Liaigre. The lamp was produced in the late 1990’s / early 2000's, the design is currently discontinued. The lamp base and stem are patinated solid bronze, the original lamp shade is off white aquarelle paper, which is cotton textured water color paper. The lamp has it's original socket, cord, switch and plug and is wired for 110 V American bulbs. The lamp stands approximately 15 1/2 inches tall, 8 5/8 inches wide and 5 1/2 inches deep; the base is 8 5/8 inches wide, 5 1/2 inches deep and 2 1/4 inches tall; the shade is 11 1/8 inches tall, the top is 8 inches wide and 4 7/8 inches deep, the bottom is 8 5/8 inches wide and 5 1/2 inches deep. The lamp is all original. The lamp is not marked, but is well documented and the materials and quality craftsmanship bely it's authenticity.

CONDITION

Beautiful lamp with patinated solid bronze base and original aquarelle paper shade. Aquarelle is actually textured cotton water color paper. The base is in very good vintage condition, there is some patination loss on one top corner and roughness on the side of the leg. The shade is in very good condition, very little to no marks or discolorations. The cord, switch and plug are original and in very good vintage condition as well.

SHIPPING

The lamp and shade will be carefully packed using bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts and rigid cardboard boxes (20" x 20" x 20"). The carrier will be Federal Express Ground for business addresses or Federal Express Home Delivery for private residences. The lamp will be insured for the agreed upon price, a Federal Express tracking number will be emailed to the buyer on the day of shipment, which is usually within two business days after purchase, and the package will have to be signed for upon arrival if the value is over $100.00.
