DESCRIPTION

Four service plates / chargers designed by husband and wife architects Stanley Tigerman and Margaret McCurry for Swid Powell.  The plates were designed in the mid 1980's in the Post Modern style, the pattern is called "Tigerpause".  The plates are approximately 12 inches in diameter and 1 1/2 inches tall and glazed in terra cota and black.


SHIPPING

The four plates will be carefully packed using bubble wrap and a rigid cardboard box 18" x 18" x 12").  The carrier will be Federal Express Ground for businesses or Federal Express Home Delivery, the pieces will be insured for the winning auction amount, a Federal Express tracking number will be emailed to the buyer on the day of shipment, which is usually within two business days after purchase, and the package will have to be signed for upon delivery.

CONDITION

Three plates are in excellent vintage condition, no chips, cracks or discolorations, one plate has a small glaze flaw where the white porceline shows through. Minimal to no scratches on surfaces.
